Join Timshel in the Purpose Lounge for a GameStorm (that's a game + a brainstorm, what could be better?) powered by the Hive, a special projects unit of USA for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency. Together, we’ll explore approaches, ideas, innovations and solutions to the global refugee crisis.
This is not your average NGO or philanthropy brainstorm. We've game-ified the process. We’re looking for the smartest minds in technology, design, innovation, and media to participate. We want people with big imaginations, experience in human-centered design, a hacker mentality or any sort of skills and passion that can be used to design solutions to complex challenges. No experience working with refugees or humanitarian crises necessary. We’ll work together to make an impact that matters at SXSW and to the world beyond our lounge.
